Jan 2018: I can’t recommend Parkway Place enough!! The staff is beyond friendly and helpful. The rates are shockingly affordable for what you get compared to other places. I came in with a random roommate assignment and thanks to their roommate matching surveys and stuff, my roommate is now my best friend! The amenities here and the people are extraordinary. Jan 2018: If I could give this place a 0, I would. This is NOT a place you want to live. The kitchen only has enough space for ONE person (seriously who thought a 4 bedroom place would need only 1 drawer in the kitchen?????) Our water heater was “fixed†at the beginning of the year because of a leak, but the water will only stay hot for about 2 minutes. The shuttle is one of the worst parts. good luck getting to campus on time unless you’re out waiting for the bus 2 hours before you need to be on campus.
On top of all of that, the office staff is awful. They tried to charge us for something then we complained and they said they wouldn’t charge it. Then 2 months later, they tried to charge it again. And rather than sending an email or efficient form of communication, they left a note on our table. Not only was she the only person in the office who I felt took my complaints seriously, she seemed to be the only one to not handle things "off the books." She never downplayed my frustration or tried to find a rushed solution. Even though it was apparent that she did not have much say in office operations due to her position, I could tell that she fought for my interests, which is a peak campus pillar. Jun 2017: I had a great experience at Parkway! I definitely recommend living here the people are so nice and the staff is willing to help. I especially loved XXXX! she was so helpful every time I went into the office and she answered every question and concern I had. Choosing a place to live is hard, I'm delighted that XXXX helped make my stay at parkway easier.

The clubhouse is small and has only two small study rooms. The apartments are extremely DIRTYYY. Bugs are everywhere in the apartments. From my experience I highly do not recommend this place.

On move in day my apartment was left with paint buckets, carpets full of animal hair, animals toys underneath furniture, broken cabinets and just overall very dirty environment. We asked multiple times for maintenance to come and to clean the apartment but that never happened. Also, there are bugs and maintenance leaves a huge mess after they come and just walk in your apartment!! Definitely over priced!

The one downfall is the location it can be very hard to get out of the complex when busy traffic times but other than that it's great! XXXX works in the office and makes an effort to get to know the residents and always has a smile when you walk in.

Apr 2017: If you rely on the bus or shuttle as transportation to get to campus I do not recommend staying at Parkway or 2818 Place. Shuttles are unreliable and unpredictable. Majority of the time there is only one shuttle running through both complexes to and from Texas A&M. This means if you are not out when the shuttle comes by you will wait at LEAST 40 minutes for it to come back. There is nothing more frustrating than getting out of class and having to wait well over half an hour for a shuttle to arrive. You would probably do better riding a campus bus to a nearby apartment complex, like The Cottages, and walking to your apartment to get home faster.

The clubhouse is always a social place to come when Parkway is doing activities, and also a good place to study. They have shuttles that run to both campuses with friendly drivers that always try to make sure you're on time to class. These apartments are safe. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. XXXX was the first person I met in College Station and at Parkway when I came looking for housing last fall, she always had a positive attitude and a smile on her face. Every time I came into the clubhouse she remembered me by name.

Review from 12/8/16 on GoogleNov 2016: This is by far the worst place to live. Once you have signed they don't care about any of your problems. The online portal will have an issue for payments so you'll be late and when you tell them about it all they can ever say is "you signed a lease" right now I'm in the middle of fighting them with my lawyer. Whoever is trying to stay here please re think.
