Hi, Loading...

Oct 2019: I was hopeful for my living experience here when i first reached out and spoke with the management office. Since moving in, though it has been a let down time and time again. I signed a lease where i pay monthly to have my apartment furnished. A week before we moved in, we get an email saying only a few pieces were delivered and in the apartment and the rest we're back ordered and would be in the apartment by august 30th. That was fine, they have us a date and we looked forward to having the rest of our furniture. Well, that came and went with no communication until the middle of September. Now it was the end of September that furniture would be delivered. That, again came and went, with many times going into the office asking where the furniture was that i was still paying for. I got excuse after excuse but no solution. It is now the middle of October, i went into the office this week and they were "shocked" that i didn't have my furniture yet since the furniture had all been delivered Review from Google
Oct 2019: NOT impressed at all with the lack of communication and the lack of ability to take care of problems. The 24 hour maintenance is nonexistent to say the least, the "renovations" that were made obviously were not done well as our apartment in the last three months has had a water leak from the roof, a dishwasher that does not work, a wall that is all but crumbling, and now no hot water. We have had AC issues since moving in that the office was made aware of but no repairs have been made. Our utility bill for the month of September was $200 for a two bedroom. The staff is nice and the location is alright but those are just about the only positive things I have found so far. Attached is a photo of what our wall by the fireplace looked like upon move in. May 2019: I just moved in this week, but I’m already so impressed by the staff here. I asked to move in earlier than my lease date, which they accepted and said I could move in the day contract work was finished. The day I was supposed to move in, they discovered that some work in the unit had been left unfinished. While this normally would be frustrating walking into an unfinished apartment, we actually walked into the unit to see 4-5 office staff members on their hands and knees (covered in paint while in their work clothes!!) doing the finishing touches so I could still move in! They were very apologetic and accommodating, and told me if I needed ANYTHING to just call them. First impression: very kind and hardworking staff!! Review from Google
Apr 2019: This place is amazing!! The management and maintenance a wonderful. They really care about the residents. My roommate and i have had nothing short of a great experience here. Highly recommend. Review from Google
Apr 2019: I absolutely love this complex. The management has changed this past year, and they are amazing. I have had ZERO issues with my unit. I would recommend! Review from Google
Mar 2019: I absolutely loved Campus Crossings. The place was comfortable and the walk in closets were what really made the difference for me. The staff also was very helpful, honestly I feel like they are my good friends haha. I highly recommend. Review from Google
Jan 2019: I came & toured the property. Avery was the agent who took me on tour. I’d been looking at multiple properties in the area & hadn’t experienced such helpfulness & professionalism with any of the previous properties I’d visited. She took her time with me, seeing what exactly I was looking for & made the whole experience very simple & easy for me. The complex is so pretty & the amentites are in such great condition & provided everything I was looking for in my future apartment. 5/5 hands down! Review from Google
Jan 2019: While the outside looks old they have updated the inside of the aprartments. Here, you don’t run into the bad issues my friends have in the new high rises (cheaply built). I have really enjoyed my stay. Staff is helpful, I feel safe, maintenance is prompt, and the amenities are maintained. Review from Google

Dec 2018: The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Caroline is fantastic! When my dryer quit working they ordered the part and fixed it ASAP. I renewed my lease after my first year here. My 2 bedroom apartment has plenty of space and has cute counter and floor updates! The large walk-in closet is perfect for all my clothes and my bedroom fits a queen size bed, a LARGE dresser, a nightstand and a desk! I have a corner unit with a fireplace and a larger patio. The gym equipment is great, the pool is clean and quiet, and the clubhouse has nice computers, TVs, and lounge spaces. I also love the fact that there’s wide open spaces of grass and trees and a large fenced-in dog park with separate areas for bigger and littler dogs. I’ve recommended friends to come live here, too. My experience has been nothing short of fantastic. Review from Google
Dec 2018: I have lived at Campus Crossings for four months now and I don't have very many complaints! The biggest issue I've had has been with utilities, which I understand is not always something that can be changed. However, when I first took the tour I was told that my bill for my unit should not exceed a certain amount. I understand that obviously utility bills aren't always set in stone, but I was not expecting to be charged almost double the amount I was told. I've cut back by literally not using my A/C AT ALL and it's cut my costs down significantly. Other than electric being crazy high, the complex has been great. The amenities and community events are awesome and the staff here has always been extra helpful, kind and professional. The community is quiet and I always feel safe. I would recommend these apartments to anyone! Review from Google
Dec 2018: I have been living at Campus Crossing since August 2017 when I first moved in I received a great deal 2x2 for $500 each, but recently the prices have increased which I wish they wouldn't because I have been here for awhile and the electricity is higher than a house bill. My roommate and I have managed our electricity to our best, but we notice that when we are here the least and leave everything off and disconnected the bill is higher than the usual. If rent is going to increase there needs to be adjustment to electricity. Never had issues with staff and maintenance they are great at responding back as soon as they can. Location and transportation to get to campus is probably a huge factor on why I resign the second time. Roads in the complex could be better, but overall there is no perfect apartment complex they do their job to the best of th Review from Google
Dec 2018: Management is terrible. Maintenance is terrible. They don’t even fix the problems presented adequately. We have black mold literally growing in our kitchen ceiling and bathroom and all maintenance did was spray a white substance on it which did nothing to get rid of the mold. I do not recommend living here and I will not be renewing my lease. Review from Google
Dec 2018: I have lived at Campus Crossing since 2014. I think it's great place and I have a good experience at this complex. Great and helpful staff and the maintenance request it will not taking long time to respond for your request. Really I recommend living there. Review from Google
Jun 2018: Do not live here unless you enjoy paying hundreds of additional $$ after you move out and having your reputation trashed to future property managers. When we moved out, our apartment had a normal amount of wear in tear on it in addition to a small patch of torn up carpet thanks to a roommate's dog - which we were up front with them about. We would have been fine with paying a reasonable amount out of our security deposit to have the place cleaned as all apartment complexes do after tenants move out. Campus Crossings took our entire $500 security deposit and charged us an additional $480 more. In response to a bathtub that had some hair dye stains, that we had already been able to significantly clean ourselves with baking soda mixture and commercial cleaners, they decided to rip out all the tile and charge us for it. In response to a bit of h Review from Google
Jun 2018: IF I COULD GIVE zero starS I WOULD! WE'VE BASICALLY BEEN LIVING IN HEAT SINCE WE MOVED IN!! I have proof of about 9 maintenance requests about our A/C not working/blowing hot air SINCE THE DAY WE MOVED IN!!!! For the past 4 nights we've been sleeping in the Texas heat. It is currently 86 degrees in our unit, which is unacceptable considering the rent we pay. This has been an issue since 2016 and has yet to be fixed. THEY ARE SO CHEAP that they REFUSE to replace the unit outside so they try to repair the parts on the inside of the RUSTED UNIT. During hurricane Harvey there was no A/C and called and asked for maintenance/possibly a new unit was explicitly told "well were just not going to give you a new unit" after there were already about 6 previous issues with the air. Obviously theres a bigger problem if it keeps breaking. LET ME MAKE T Review from Google
May 2018: Poor ethics. I forgot to disconnect my electricity service when I moved out, and they did not reimburse me, not even partially. it is obvious they were the ones who consumed that power and there is only one provider for electrical service in college station, so there is no way they could have paid a lower rate. Review from Google
Apr 2018: Fairly close to Kyle Field, I walked to many games. Short drive to campus. That being said I've lived here for 2 years and I cannot wait to move out. Living rooms are poorly lit. Parking lines are fading and the pavement is in poor condition. Drainage grates are up hill (i.e. not at the lowest point of the road where it should be) so the roads flood when it rains. Maintenance requests can take a while to be resolved... I have some that haven't been resolved from when I first moved in but I gave up on them. The list goes on.... Review from Google
Mar 2018: Looks appealing because of the “ renovated apts” but it really isn’t. Most of the buildings have dead wood on the structure and inside it’s even worse. This is a bob the builder type complex. Meaning there are so many things to fix when you move in. The management is mediocre and has extremely bad miscommunication with staff. Completely overpriced for what you have to deal with. Review from Google
Mar 2018: I've actually changed this review because of more issues with management. don't live here, y'all. I don't know about the other Campus Apartments, but my experiences with the management at Marion Pugh have been awful. They are unprofessional and irresponsible! Review from Google
Feb 2018: I've lived here for almost two years (subletting soon) and I've enjoyed this community. The staff is courteous and prompt with any requests. The price for 2 BR is more than I think the unit is worth (old fireplace, no ceiling fan/light in the living room... It's a really old but remodeled apt) but overall it's nice and spacious! I'd recommend it if you can afford it. Edit: I've seen another reviewer mention renewing your lease early to secure a low price - don't do it. You're pretty much signing up to be cheated because they offer lower prices to new tenants as yours stays the same or increases. If you wanna renew, just be patient. Review from Google
Feb 2018: Welcome to the worst place you will ever live! Our journey begins in April 2017, when Claire showed my mother and I around, I am from out of state, and this seemed like the best place! They offered a full month's rent, met everything check my roommate and I wanted and they had a low special! My roommate and I signed our lease and moved in with her moving in in July and I moved in early August. In as chronological order as I can August 12-13 - The toilets in the apartment above us overflowed and leaked through both of our ceilings, they had fans (pictured below) in our bathrooms for 2 days. August 25-29 - Our apartment flooded during Hurricane Harvey, I understand this is a natural disaster, but they never fixed anything, so whoever lives in our apartment next...any unusual amount of rain and you are in for it! The utilities for August shot up ($80) because of
Aug 2017: I co-signed the lease with my son. Great location, but terrible management. don't ever extend your lease in advance. They lure you to extend your lease to secure the price. Yes, it secures the price alright. They under rented and lower the rent, but refuse to lower those who extended their lease as early birds. So my son is paying over $800 per month while those sign their lease later pays under $600. What a scam. Even if you want to stay at Campus Crossings, don't extend your leases as an early bird. You will be paying over $200 every month. They said that it is legal for them to do so, even though I think it is unethical. What a rip off from college students. Just watch out this management company. They manage other apartments too. You are not going to get any help when you need it from an unethical management company. Review from Google
Aug 2017: Nice apartment BUT both management and corporate office does not value its long time customers. I have been living here for 2 years (ever since I moved to Cstat) and never had a problem with the office or maintenance (both are courteous and nice). HOWEVER, last fall (2016) I was told to renew my lease for the lowest price and that prices would only go up from there ($819). I resigned thinking that I enjoy this place and the management is nice to me, plus I was assured that prices would only go up. However, when I checked the website the other day my exact unit type is being offered for $754 a month (they just changed it to $699 and changed again to $599)! Not only was I lied to that the price would only go up, when I tried to ask the local office they said that they couldn’t do anything about it because I already signed the lease (they were Review from Google
Aug 2017: This was our home for two years, and overall it was a wonderful experience. The maintenance team and management were always nice and responsive. The pool is great (there's actually two, a secret pool is in the back) and the dog park is THE best; the dog people at this comolex have a group chat and have a great community! My only complaint, yes the buildings and general complex are older (this place has been around since the eighties), but in my opinion they weren't that bad. If you are looking for a legitimate apartment complex (not student housing) close to campus, this is the best you can get! Review from Google
Jul 2017: I love it here. Management is super nice. They constantly have goodies for the residents. The apartment are really nice and spacious for the price. Maintainance is also nice if they see you out and about they never fail to greet you. Work orders get done super quick for instance my ac went out today I put in the work order and within an hour it was fixed. Absolutely marvelous. Review from Google
