Oct 2019: Place is horrible filled with roaches and bed bugs. Prices are high for what they offer. Pool is disgusting. The only good games they have is pool and table tennis. But only one of each and is not open 24 hrs. Front desk is a joke. They mess up everything. Manager or the main person in-charge keeps changing every-time. They have no knowledge of anything and behave rudely to everyone. They messed up our initial security deposit. So we had to call and visit multiple times after we received a notice to pay fine after we moved out. Review from Google
Sep 2019: Worst place to live. Rent is unreasonably high. Apartments are filled with bedbugs and cockroaches everywhere. The management is rude and unresponsive. When I asked them for letter box keys, they handed me some keys and a few days later they fined me heavily saying those were master keys and you are not allowed to keep them with you. This all happened without any prior warning. The management will try find lot of occasions to loot your money. There are many other good places available near University at reasonable prices. Customers/residents should be a business’s number one priority, but here at 12fifty5, they take advantage of the binding lease to treat their residents poorly and without care. Their record keeping system is nonexistent as demonstrated while they had my apartment listed under the wrong unit after living here for 4 weeks. Jul 2019: Absolutely terrible living environment. They don’t make you feel safe whatsoever. The front desk is confused half the time and try to compensate for it by giving you gadgets. It’s a dump. They have a terrible bug problem. My room had mold on the windowsills. Everything broke down and there were no lights in the rooms. It’s ridiculous. Review from Google
Jul 2019: Our AC is out! It’s extreme heat over 100 and no one is coming to help us! The phone is not working for the office, so we called the security. She said that someone from maintenance would call us...that was 2 hours ago! It’s almost 90 degrees in our apartment! I’m definitely getting a lawyer involved, this is not humane! Mar 2019: I went in to view an apartment. The staff is friendly and very nice. I love the complex very nice and neat. I love that they have real officers not security keeping an eye on the property. Any issues that arise are handled in a satisfactory manner, and maintenance request are usually finished in a day or two. Never had any real issues with the apartment, nor any issues with pests. The buildings are well taken care of, and the upgraded units are steal at their price. Grounds are newly landscaped, lots of trees and grass to walk dogs. Biking distance to ASU, and easy access to the Orbit system. The only downside to this was that certain units have very thin walls, which could be an issue if you work on weekends. Other than that no complaints here. Starting from Tuesday (Oct 31st), I reported three times (two phone calls and one on-site visit to the leasing office) about the low temperature of the water in the spa pool within the fitness center. Today (Nov 4th), the water in the spa cool is still very cold. I am wondering the cold temperature is set for the current season or it is due to a function problem.

Pros:
-helpful and friendly management
-overall clean rooms that don't have everything falling apart inside (we did have an "upgraded" room)
-24 hr access to rec room and laundry
-well maintained landscape
-maintenance always came to fix any issues within 24 hrs, never had to worry about going without plumbing/ac/etc
-fairly quiet neighborhood with lots of families and kids
Cons:
-walls are quite thin, you can hear everything in the adjacent rooms if your neighbors are noisy
-we had several plumbing issues, including a leak from upstairs (but again, maintenance was very helpful and did not feel invasive whatsoever)
