Mar 2018: the most dishonest and unethical staff I've dealt with in my life. you'd be astonished at how unhelpful and degrading they truly are once they've got you locked in a lease . it's a harsh reality when you live here. holes in the walls. marks on ceilings and walls in hallways and apartments alike. disgusting elevators (which are out of order 24/7 365 with no sign of ever being repaired), disgusting stairwells, disgusting apartments, disgusting people. garage is broken and will never be correctly repaired because the owners are going broke on this building. floods every month, domestic violence, sexual assaults, burglary - all of the worst things you could imagine happen here on a daily basis. any good reviews here are fake and written by staff, however, reviews such as this are very, very real. don't be fooled and swindled out of your hard earned money
Mar 2018: This is a classic case of sick building syndrome. Any time you spend time here you'll begin to feel sicker, and sicker. When you leave the building for a period of time - your headache, stomachache, and persistent cough will magically disappear. Mold + other contaminants in ventilation systems and walls. Garbage/urine/vomit/feces cover the hallways, staircases and elevators(which never work). Structurally unsound. Constant floods which ruin resident's belongings and cause more mold/damage to the building. CONDEMN THIS BUILDING! LIVE ANYWHERE ELSE AT ALL COSTS
Jan 2018: worst place to live in all of Tempe. staff is very unhelpful and all they care about is money. save your time and money and sign a lease somewhere where you’ll actually be treated as a resident. all these 5 star reviews you see here are from the student employees that work there. Overprices, horrible staff, everything breaks, sexual assaults/violence/drinking/cops here every weekend, stolen property/theft....just the beginning. DO NOT LIVE HERE!Sep 2017: The location of the property is amazing and the apartments are super modern. The people that work in the front desk of the leasing office are usually students and are extremely friendly! Preon, one of the managers, is a hell of a worker and is always willing to help; also gets you what you need in a timely manner!

Sep 2017: The girl megan at the front was nothing but great to me from the start. She gave me all information i needed in making my choice to live at UH. so helpful and kind actually seems like she cares when you have a problem and will help you fix it if needed. She is an outstanding employee! Overall a great place to live if you and the others respect the property. Only complaints happen when people trash the place or do something stupid that is totally avoidable! So close to campus definitely recommend. Jul 2017: I have lived at University House for a whole year now, and I am very happy with the choice I made. I really love the location of the apartments. From my apartment, I am a 7 minute walk to my classes. This is a major factor for me because of the convenience especially in the hot Arizona weather. I also am very happy with the new management staff that University House hired, the managers in the leasing office are very knowledgeable and try their very best with every situation that is thrown at them. Also, the front desk housing consultants always greet you with a smile and make living here very nice. The apartments themselves are also absolutely fantastic, they have a modern feel to them and are perfect for my needs as a student. On top of all of this, the complex has a ton of amenities that make me feel like I'm living in a very luxurious place Review from GoogleApr 2017: NO ISSUES EVER LIVING HERE. There's a lot of bad press here but I live here since August of last year and my studio apartment has had zero issues. I really enjoy living here, the apartment, parking garage and location are perfect for my ASU classes. I graduate in May and miss this place. The last apartment I had before moving into University House was infested with crickets.
Feb 2017: My review is from a parent's perspective. All-in-all... I am satisfied with University House as they address repair issues in my son's room when I talk to them directly. That works for me. The place has good security - not perfect I am sure but a good effort is made. The rooms are nice looking & I think the overall quality is fine. Noise level is certainly better than the dorm room experience. Great location on campus sealed the deal for me.
