Hi 👨 guys, I’m leaving Tempe on the 5th of May and looking for someone to take over my lease at University House for the summer with possibility to extend. It’s a room on the th floor in a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment, with other 2 👨 maleroommates.
The place is fully furnished (bed, desk, dryer, washer, dishwasher, ☢ microwave, satellite 📺 tv…) and has a balcony facing west so you won’t miss any sunset. It’s in 🚶 walking distance to ASU Tempe Campus, less than 5 minutes. University House also has a gym, two 🏊 pools, a hot tub, 🍔 grills, a hammock garden and a volleyball court amongst other amenities.
All this is included for $ without 💡electricity (which usually accounts for around $ per month on average)
