The rent is $ including structured parking, but I am willing to help $ for the first 3 months during summer making your summer rent cheaper! I can also give you a comfy chair and a small ⛄ refrigerator FOR FREE, if you need them!
The rent includes everything but 💡electricity which you pay the average of $ per month. My room is on the 7th floor, right by the elevator, and has a GREAT view of the 🏊 pool and the city of Tempe! (I really ❤️love seeing sunset and sunrise every day from my room :)) Plus, you get your own bathroom, and a spacious 🚶 walk-in closet, with a shared living room/kitchen area.
District on Apache is a great place to stay during summer and the entire academic year. Super close to the Tempe campus ( min 🚶 walk), has a lazy river, hot tub, sauna, gym, etc. Each unit is fully furnished. It is 🐕 pet friendly, as well!
