Hi, Loading...

Oct 2019: I lived here no more than 5 years ago, right around the time the began remodeling (green doors, gym, etc.). The rent was around $450 w/ utilities included, which was still not worth it. Reading the reviews, it appears almost nothing has changed, well, other than new management doubling the cost of rent. The only reason I forced myself to live here is due to the location, being an ASU student at the time. Even with $450 rent, I was wanting to move ASAP. Almost all of the current reviews are the very same issues I witnessed years ago. Sad to see no resolutions. Due to the conditions, I ended up moving out early, resulting in me breaking my lease. After leaving my keys with the office, the management at the time still charged me for the remaining 4 1/2 months on my lease. I found this out several months later when Studio 710 appeared on my credit report with a debt of $3,300, and increasing each month since Review from Google
Sep 2019: These Apartments are quiet which is cool, good location, Yubia at the leasing office provided me a Uber Gift Card which I appreciate . I want to thank the leasing office working with me and their service. Review from Google
Aug 2019: Nice apartment but waaaay toooo pricey for what you get Review from Google
Jul 2019: Great apartments, great location! Cute and fun community! Very comfortable. Highly recommended! Review from Google
Jul 2019: I am updating this from a 1 star to 3 stars based on my son's experiences with the new management. He claims there have been a lot of improvements in service and has grown to love living there over the past 2 or 3 months. In fact, he was in the process of moving when the lease was up and opted to stay based on the treatment from new staff and overall improvements. He asked that I mention someone who was especially helpful named Yubia (I think) who handled some issues for him and helped him out quite a bit. I will update again at a later date. I still have misgivings about the homeless and vagrants that haunt the place, however they seem to be haunting the entire country. And compared to LA, this is paradise. I do hope that they continue to improve and hopefully get better security. PREVIOUS REVIEW one star I rented an apartment here for my 19 year old son because the location seemed great and I wanted him close to the school Review from Google

Jun 2019: Cockroaches everywhere. Management doesn't care to help despite many attempts to get help. The problem existed since the first day I moved in, but they still don't really care. Review from Google

May 2019: I stayed at studio 710 when I moved to Arizona. Enjoyed the area, had some great neighbors. Close to some great restaurants, a really nice pool area. New team is helpful, professional. Will miss living here. Review from Google
May 2019: Awesome customer service and a great place to live!! Review from Google
Apr 2019: The worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. Not liken me to often complain and or find fault with others, but living in the complex for quite a few years without any issues until lately, I felt compelled to give an honest assessment of these apartments. Recently, I was told in no uncertain terms that I must vacate my apartment in less than 30 days. I then went to the office for an explaination and argued that this puts me a a huge inconvenience. They then changed their tone a little, reviewed my records and said that actually I have another month. This was more comforting as I now have more time to get everything in order and leave. I still did not like the attitude of a man in the office who ever since he has been there, had a flippant tone towards me and any issues I have had in the past. His customer service skills suck. For them to say they are raising the rent by $200 is laughable Review from Google
Feb 2019: Property needs LOTS of upgrades and a thorough cleaning. Today tenants were given notice that ONLY money orders would be accepted for next months rent. WHO DOES THAT???? It’s unprofessional and a terrible inconvenience. Management should schedule real estate transactions that accommodate TENANTS needs. When does a student have time to go get a money order (particularly if their parents handle their rental payments????? Handle your business 710!!!! My advice is that you pick another complex that manages all aspects of the property well. These managers just don’t care about tenants.
Jan 2019: I rented an apartment here for my 19 year old son because the location seemed great and I wanted him close to the school. I was initially comforted by their claims of security. However it did not take long to realize that the grounds are a favorite hangout for junkies and meth heads. On two occasions I personally chased away scumbags who were trying doors to see if they could find an open apartment. Calling security was a waste of time as NO ONE ever bothered to call back. Then recently a junkie broke into my son's apartment while he slept and robbed him. Again, no response from management. This place is TERRIBLY UNSAFE. Anything could have happened - he was very lucky to only have lost his stuff and that something much worse didnt happen Originally I felt the amenities and location were good, so I overlooked the ridiculous fees and hidden Review from Google
Jul 2018: My lease was ending with my apartment buildings and wanted a change of scene, this led me to studio 710 since I was interested in a studio. After visiting, I decided I would send an application. I quickly called the office after sending the application to transfer all my info that was needed. The application and admin fees paid (254 dollars) which was also to hold the apt I wanted. After a few days, no progress has been made on my app and the apt I requested was still open and available to new apps. After visiting the office, I was assured I would be emailed on the progress and the apartment was being held. So I waited, and waited and nothing. With my move out day quickly coming I decided to resign w current apt instead of rely of the spotty management to follow through. Finally TWO DAYS before the move in day I finally get an email approving Review from Google
May 2018: Remodel was done amazingly! Pricey but so many amenities. Review from Google
Feb 2018: The studios are small and can feel dark inside due to there only being a single window (in my unit). The management staff have always been extremely courteous to my wife and myself and they do make an effort to improve the complex as a whole. If you bring a problem to their attention they will work to address it. I would recommend this place if you want an affordable place that's relatively close to Mill Ave and the ASU Tempe campus. Review from Google
Feb 2018: Just moved in. No real complaints so far. Big step up from my last place. I'll edit this review if I find anything out of place during my 8 month lease. Review from Google
Jan 2018: DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!!! I have never gone out of my way to write a review but I really feel the need to warn people. This is the WORST, most DISGUSTING apartment complex I have ever had the misfortune of having to endure. IT is not livable. Cockroaches everywhere. The buildings REEK. Birds scraping around INSIDE the walls. And they randomly make up extra things to charge you for... like "extra trash". STAY AWAY AT ALL COTS! Review from Google
Dec 2017: Before the move in, there were already complications. First, the lack of communication between management and myself. I called the office two days before my move-in day to see if everything was okay for the move and all was “good”. The day of my move in I couldn’t receive my keys due to a situation from management not allowing my roommate on the lease. Why wasn’t I told this on the phone? Second, is the wrong knowledge from the front office. When my roommate and walked in for the first time, everything went well and a specific rate of the rent including fees were stated. First bill came in and it was close to $150 over what we expected. $850 for a room?! No thanks! Fees that weren’t even explained from the beginning of time weren’t even stated! Fees like paying for your own monthly bill ($7)! I’m also paying for a trash vellet, b Review from Google
Dec 2017: After living here since the start of the lease term my opinion on this place has changed. Maybe I'm unlucky, but I can never find a time when employees are in the office, which means it's tough to get your packages. You get what you pay for as far as price. The walls are extremely thin, I can hear my neighbor snoring through the walls throughout the night. Do not live on the bottom floor. This complex allows animals, so good luck if you have an upstairs neighbor with dogs. That's the situation I'm in and I can hear them walking around throughout the night. Although I have not leased yet, I have been doing the apartment hunting thing for the past month. First of all, there is real management in this office that is always there to answer the phone, respond to emails, or take tours during their office hours. Compared to about 60% of the places I Review from Google
Nov 2017: As of right now I have lived here for almost 8 months. Management just changed, but I really liked the previous management, I don't know the new management yet. I have never had an issue with them. No roaches, unlimited hot water, safe, friendly, quiet, fun, pet friendly. I had dishwasher issues and they replaced it the next day after I put in the work order. Only complaint is that the place is a little small but other than that I am very content living here so far. I renewed my lease for another year in april. Update: new management is great!! Lots of wonderful updates. don't think I'll be able to afford to live here after my lease ends though. They are raising the rent for everybody. Review from Google
Sep 2017: I just moved out so thought I'd give some feedback. I lived here while I was in my undergrad at ASU and I honestly loved my time here. Especially with the new management that recently took over. Very fast maintance team, nice landscape, never saw one roach, outstanding location, friendly staff, pet friendly, GREAT price. The price is going up everywhere in Phoenix! So what do you expect?? Of course it's going to go up at 710 as well, they have to Adjust prices according to the market, (as does every complex.) I would highly recommend studio 710 Review from Google
Jun 2017: don't do it! Highly unsafe and highly priced. This was my year at 710: 1. Strange people were knocking at my door at weird hours like 2 am 2. Someone tried to break in my apartment within my 1st two months 3. We had problems with homeless people sleeping in the laundry room 4. The rooms nearby reeked of pot 5. People were smoking pot in public 6. The laundry machines kept eating my money and were broken quite often 7. $50 bucks extra to use the gym and amenities 8. Severe roach infestation within my first 3 months and required my building to clean out our pantries 9. Someone got in my car 10. Someone vandalized my car 11. Someone stole my delivered package on my doorstep 12. I had some confrontations with noisy neighbors 13. Crackheads walk there at night 14. Virtually inexistent security 15. The lowest point this place hit is when Tempe PD p Review from Google
May 2017: My son is a student at ASU. We leased a studio apartment here about 5 months ago. It is perfect! It's only about a mile from campus, the management responds swifltly and the grounds stay impeccably clean! I have visited a couple of times and it's an extremely quiet property day and night. Very pleased!! Review from 5/29/17 on Google
May 2017: This was not a bad place to live. However, it does get incredibly dusty and in the summer there are way too many roaches in the grasd. Sometimes inside the house. My remedy wad to poor some bleach down my drains once a week or two. So, they never came in from there. Mainly the front door since it was cheap and easy to get in. However, Studuo 710 is now under BH Management and there are AMAZING! I now live in their other complex and i know for sure that Studio 710 will improve! Review from 5/17/17 on Google
