I’m looking for someone to take over my lease at Sol in Tempe on E University Dr. starting ASAP, as I will be studying abroad during the spring semester!
It’s about a minute drive from the ASU Tempe campus, and it has its own 🚌 shuttle service to campus during the week. You would live with three other 👩 girls and share a kitchen and a living room space, as well as a washing machine and dryer within the apartment.
You would have your own bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom comes fully furnished as well with a 🚶 walk in closet with plenty of space! The bathroom has lots of storage and has a bathtub too.
The apartment comes with cable, Wi-Fi, and there are never overages on 💡electricity. The apartment is right around the corner from the elevator and the parking garage as well. One of the roommates has a small dog, but it’s well-behaved and remains in her room majority of the ⌚time.
There’s a 🏊 pool, volleyball court, 🕶️ tanning room, gyms, and two study rooms with free printing!
