Sure, this place isn't luxury and could use a facelift, but the price is right and is runned by some responsible people who actually care and don't sweat you over petty stuff like music, etc. haven't had any issues with theft and that's another plus! Jul 2017: Full of roaches, rude, they put the refrigerator in the living room because it won't fit where it belongs, it's just nasty at night there are roaches all over the outside building cops are always here, and they don't fix anything you ask them to, the manager NEVER answers her phone or her door. Jul 2016: If I could give them NO STARS I would!! Terrible apartment complx! They say utilities incl. But don't tell yu that they have a damn SWAMP cooler for the damn "ac" Which makes the apt smell like swamp and hot Pudussy! The complex is overran by methheads and crazy ass people! They have even tried to get extra money out of me and my roomie! Our lease is up this month 7/16 and they hit us with late fees dating back from September! And wont even print out a review for us to look at too see how we owe money. Ol girl talking about "we don't print reviews" well then why would we give u OUR MONEY?! wouldn't even show us what she had in her hand. Like where they do that at?!! They have roaches and there was even a RAT (alive!) in our toilet one morning! DONT DO IT!!! Its a cheap move in for a reason, ohhh and don't get me started about my roof! I know they got new management here recently and I have yet to find any bugs anywhere. The front office staff has been very friendly to me as well as management.
Review from 6-12-2013 on GoogleOct 2012: The apartments are doused with (potentially toxic) mold, there are HERDS of roaches literally stampeding from one apartment to another, 75% of the maintenance personnel and half the tenants are illegal aliens, the other 1/4 of the tenants are meth addicts or meth dealers, and the management doesn't give a s**t about ANY of it as long as they get their money.
