I currently have a spot available for rent within a fully furnished 4-bedroom 4-bathroom apartment right next to ASU at Park Place Tempe. I&#;m currently living at home so I was unable to move into my unit for the semester, so I was looking to see if anyone would be interested in having a spot in my unit!
By renting a spot in this 4-bedroom 4-bathroom unit you would have your own private bedroom, 🚶 walk-in closet, balcony, and bathroom alongside a spacious living room that includes a 📺 tv and kitchen area. There are currently three other 👩 female ASU students occupying the other three rooms as well. They’re super nice and don’t mind if you have 🐕 pets or smoke, as long as you smoke on the balcony. They also are respectful in regards to if you want a quiet or loud environment.
The $ per month fee covers all of the items showcased within the image of the layout, along with cable, internet, and 🌊 water as well so you won&#;t have to pay for those extra amenities.
The rent fee also covers the 🏊 pool area, study rooms, gym, and other extra benefits that will come with renting the unit! Also, I&#;m looking for a 👩 female to occupy the spot, as all of the roommates will be 👩 female as well.
