Aug 2019: My fiancee lived here for 3 years before we got our first actually home together but this complex is horrible, there are cockroaches constantly in the Apt the washer and dryer are from the 80ds nothing works properly...and the water would go out almost all the time when he lived there. He lived on the second level and we could always here neighbors slamming their doors or running up or down the stairs. Everything about this place is horrible the a/c was squeaky the bathroom's were gross after taking a shower and with the monsoon season the windows leaked. I would never recommend anyone moving in and even worse just to add that when the water would or does go out neighbors are getting buckets of water just to drain their toilets. Beware of these crummy apartments they are not worth it. Review from GoogleAug 2019: As much as I like the customer service from front office it doesn't justify the awful experience I had with this place. I've moved in then decided to move out within 2 days of being there. The neighbors are disrespectful as they take took the assigned cover parking the first night we moved in and was told they shared it while the apt was not rented (and did so once they saw us starting to move out our stuff.) Please acknowledge the previous review, do not rent on 2nd floor because the AC does shake it and it's very loud. The second night I was harrassed by the same neighbor because we just finished unloading and moving the vehicles, he cussed at my roommates and I. I didn't tolerate this and informed the front office as well as informed that we will move out on DAY 4 (would have been day 3, but office is closed Sunday.) Such a rude environment. Also, don't appreciate the understanding from corporate to at least give us partial deposit back, but no! WE WASTED 2K moving and WASTED ANOTHER 2K leaving Review from Google
May 2019: Do not move in. Water off as much as it's on, AC units attached to roof shake the apartment In bedroom and if you like living in a dog shelter this is for you. DO NOT RENT AN UPSTAIRS UNIT. Review from Google

Aug 2018: Run! ... The past Office help was great! My husband & I lived here for 4 years and watched there apartments go just awful- water gets shut off at least 1xa week if you’re lucky, and if u call the Office you are lucky IF they answer but the excuse is ALWAYS the same “ a water main broke†wow maybe the city should make take care of this!! There NO Ammenties, work out room has a 1979’s 1 pease of equipment, I’m sure there is no Tv!! No Club house just a pool that has kids or drunk residents in the pool we were constantly being woke up!! The most recent issue is I was laying in bed watching a movie when I notice the sheets felt wet, yep dripping on my 16’ Mattress !! So Maintence so-called fixes it, it rains again and it’s worse!! Dec 2017: If you're looking for a place that 2-3 times a month the water pipes break and leave you without water or notice of repairs this is the place to live at. This place also has tenants smoking drugs around the parking lot at night, along with packages being stolen. Review all comments before looking at moving in. Nov 2017: BEWARE. This is an awful place to live. Dionne the at the front office will harrass you and try to scam you. Before they changed management, everything was quiet and peaceful. The maintance worker, Ricky, picked a fight with my boyfriend and threatened him. He started many problems and kept trying to approach me which made me feel very uncomfortable. I don't know how many times Dionne has said nasty things to my mother who was VERY sick and going through chemo at the time. There are kids running around damaging cars and trying to smash windows. don't waste your time. Even upper management doesn't care to fix any issues, they will just ignore any calls. I moved out in August and they never sent an invoice of the apartment. Now they're claiming I owe money and not even telling me what for. Which it is REQUIRED by law to do so. Management has changed since we moved in and I prefer the previous office manager. Biggest problem is trying to get delivery, no one can find it first try and on time. Jan 2016: Maintenance - inside and outside needs to be remodeled, not for styling concerns but because the appliances are old and break and when something does need to be fixed whether minor, air vent broken or major washer or fridge breaks, they will tell you they Will call maintenance guy. It will take 2-3 days for guy to look at problem and declare, yes this needs to be fixed. They will then order part and it will be an additional 3-4 days, once it arrives, it may or may not be the right part. It will break again within a week, repeat process.

This place is EXTREMELY noisy! The downstairs neighbors both smoke so the stench would waft up through both (2 bathrooms) the bathroom cabinets! If you left the bathroom doors closed for a few hours and opened them, it smelled like someone had taken a cigarette break in there! Roaches...let's talk about the roaches!
