Jul 2021: Onnix Apartments has to be the worst. Their staff is hood as hell - face tattoos are not a good look for office staff. They stop taking money orders for rent, the water is off at less once a month every month since Nov 2020, they have roaches and the pest control was BS so I had to order my own. They have had car parts being stolen off the cars in the lot as well as broke down cars on the lot for at less 4 months. The mailbox area has a dozen OPEN or broken into boxes and the parcel post area is unlocked 1/2 the time or full of empty boxes. The laundry area seems to be clean more often than the gym that is supported to be closed for cleaning for an hour is lacking to say the less - the sauna never gets cleaned properly. The apartment itself is a good size as well as the closet space. I can not wait to move out they just stopped taking money order and now charge $9Sep 2019: I just moved into this place 1 week ago and already having serious roach problems as the reviews said, down below I didn't listen to them and moved in instead i"m already looking for a new place to live. don't live at this place, save your money and move elsewhere this place has a serious roach problem that are mostly in the kitchen where you make food and eat!! inside your cabinets, management won't fix the problem. Now only if residents with dogs can pick up after their pets. The office sends bi-daily reminders to all its residents to pick up after their pets. It’s not the Maintenance staff to clean after residents pets.
Also if, the owner of the property can fix the large pool correctly the first time would be great. Maybe put Mike and Tristen to do it. I would like to use the pool, I’ve only been in this pool three times since the end of May. Review from Google

They keep up fantastic with all the landscaping etc...
Definitely look here before you sign, other places close by cost a lot more, you get more for less here. I'm sold still.

I've been here 6 weeks and love it. Very very nice apartments and reasonable price. No bugs, hot water and amazing pools. I came to visit dispite seeing low ratings and fell in love. don't read the bad reviews salty people left, come see for yourself. It's a great place to live.

Jun 2019: I want to be as objective as possible... I see 1 star reviews and maybe I've been lucky and even my experience hasn't been perfect at all but this is not a 1 star complex.
I am a grad student at ASU so I have friends all over the area in different complexes and Onnix has a good price-quality ratio.
The complex lacks of general maintenance, particularly in the common areas. They have a lot of amenities but they could take better care of them.
Our apartment, has been good, It is not brand new or remodeled but everything works well.
With us, the office personnel has been helpful and attentive, so we don't have any complain there.
After your lease ends the price rise is crazy, it even looks like they want you to move out. You have to go and negotiate to get a better deal.
Definitely they could do better, and if they focus in having a better maintenance crew, schedule and strategy; this would be a grate place to live! They said yes. 3 days into it my jeep and my atv got tagged with a warning saying both vehicles would be towed if not moved. I asked the apartment complex what that was about and they said the atv had to be parked in the motorcycle parking. This was in the back corner of the complex with no lights or cameras. I made it clear it was not a safe place to store it. They told me if it wasn't moved they would tow it. So I chained it to the posts in the motorcycle parking and had to go away for a month of training. Upon my return I was relieved that it was still there at midnight the day I got back. By 9 am the next day it had been stolen. When I talked to management they said to bad I should have locked it up. I went there to get an apartment because I needed a cheaper one. I made the application and I told them that I need the apartment on March 5th but couldn’t select this date when doing the application (before submitting it) and they told me to not worry and submit it and they will change it later on. And on that day when I was ready to move in, they said we never tell you that! And we cannot change anything after you submitted the application. So I had to pay my property more money to stay for more days. 2 days before my move in date, they called me and said: we cannot get you that particular apartment and you must choose another one!!! I talked to the manager and literally she invited someone and “in front of me†she said: tell her we won’t do anything and if she wants she must choose another apartment!! in front of me like she won’t talk directly to me! 1. Roaches are everywhere. In the kitchen, in the bathrooms, in the rooms. Every single place. The manager does not even care. They won't even come on time to pest the house. Even when they come, they don't do it properly.
2. They will do their best to charge you as much as they can. You pay the rent, they claim the payment was unsuccessful and will charge you for default late fee and daily late fee. They don't care about customer satisfaction. They won't call or email you about any transaction issues. They will just leave a letter, which often gets lost, and you have to pay more for late fee.
3. Dogs poop is everywhere. The place looks more like a poophole, rather than a living complex Review from GoogleMar 2019: Two Major issues:

2. Water pressure slowly drop over past two years because the water pressure is lowed every time the super old water pipes break. Nobody front management or front office or maintenance has called. I’ve called front office twice within the past week and spoke to the same girl and specifically told her to submit my request as emergency and all she said was ok I’ll submit the request. So now there is water leaking from my air conditioner and the main vent and that water leaks all throughout the day onto the vinyl floors and of course, leaving water damage to the floors and the ceiling. Bugs- Be clean, don't leave food out. Have a pre-exisiting problem with bugs? bug there when you moved in? Tell management, that's what they're there for.
Maintenance- be realistic and patient. They have tickets, and lot of them. It took only a week to get a new microwave and Andre and Tim (maintenance dudes) were super cool dudes! They will get to you.
Management- Awesome, couldn't be happier. Super accommodating and super in person communicative.
Neighbors- 3-Stars Review from GoogleNov 2018: Not having a good experience here. My wife and I moved here in July, 2018. During our first week, our A/C went out when temps were 110+. We stayed a couple nights at a hotel because the apt was too hot. Then, it went out again the following week after it was repaired. We had to stay another night at a hotel. We found a ton of cockroaches under the sink, but have been able to control that with poison. The water has been shut off a few times for plumbing issues. The pool is filthy and was shut down for a while by the State Health Dept. The gym is filthy and there isn't anything to clean the equipment, unless you bring your own sanitizing wipes. The treadmills rarely work. The sauna doesn't work. The washing machines didn't work last week and now we don't have hot water. It seems like there is some issue every week. My rating is based on the changes after changing from Mark Taylor. The company fir the laundry facilities SUCKS!!!! and no amount of complaints ever changes the care or maintenance of the laundry facilities.
finally-the roaches....I'm OVER it. We have had 3 treatments after packing up our apt to have the treatment done and STILL after a month still not able to put our place back together. I don't know where the roaches are coming from but its unacceptable living conditions.
