Oct 2018: I just moved into Nexa and the process has been so incredible. Kayla has been the most pleasant, professional, and kind leasing agent I have ever come across! She went out of her way to make sure my move-in went smoothly. I'm thrilled I found my home at Nexa. Thank you Kayla!!!
*Update after living at Nexa for over 14 months*
I moved into Nexa when they first opened. I absolutely loved the community, staff and apartment. I didn’t have any issues my first 8-12 months living here. However, once a new property manager started at Nexa I saw a drastic change. The community is almost always dirty, trash all over, pet feces in hallways/elevators. Its disgusting and I’ve started to really hate living here! To top it all off, I had a sever pipe leak in my apartment 2 days ago. Jun 2018: It has the best staff and service out of all the places I have lived in Tempe. I dealt mainly with Connie and she went out of her way to make sure my experience was smooth and easy. I would recommend anyone to check this place out if they want to live in Tempe.

Feb 2018: Out of words. Nexa is the most amazing apartments. Not only nice and lovely, but also has the nicest staff ever. Clay is very kind and he cares a lot about the residents. Michele always surprises me of how hard she works to help us and get everything done for us. Daniel is like a brother to everyone, he is perfect in his job. Connie and Kayla are awesome, I can't say enough about them, they don't just help us, they love helping us, they wouldn't leave anyone confused nor unsatisfied, they are really great, they always make my day. Feb 2018: From the time I viewed the beautiful property of nexa to the day I moved in, the experience has been amazing, the staff is incredible. Connie was beyond professional and friendly during the whole process and to this day. She was quick to respond to any of my questions and even when I had to switch my move in dates a few times she was more than willing to help in any way.
