Me and my wife own and occupy the master bedroom and i sublease the other 2 rooms, i am looking for someone to occupy the other room. Theres someone occuping the room across from the vacant room. I am looking for someone thats quiet and 🎇clean snd preferably doesnt cook at all or minimum do to pungent smells...(no fish,sea🍕 food,curry, or greasy 🍕 foods) its a very quiet environment and as long as the meet and greet goes well move in is immediate... deposit that will be returned after departure of the lease...all utilities are included and the room is furnished with 📺 tv and futon...messege me with any inquires..
