May 2018: Clean grounds, nice apartments. Need man gate at exit by park-n-ride to make it easier to get to the light rail. Review from Google
Apr 2018: Do NOT live here. I lived here a few years back and it was fantastic. Upon moving back into a new unit, the apartment I was given on move-in day was stained with animal urine so badly they had me vacate the apartment and relocate for a week in order to redo it. The tile was cracked, light bulbs out, no blinds. Neighbors are extremely disrespectful. My downstairs neighbor uses his apartment as a recording studio for his drums, and my car has been vandalized with $5,000 worth of damage by drunk college students throwing their furniture off balconies. After all of this, I still am not allowed out of my lease until it has ended. Save yourself the time and trouble and avoid this "luxury" place. Review from Google
Apr 2018: Come here if you want to share a room with about 2000 cockroaches. This place is completely infested and complaining to the office no longer even helps. Idk if they actually follow through with anything but nothing works and it's just a mess. The cockroaches are the biggest I have seen in my life. And they come from everywhere. It's DISGUSTING. Pay your money somewhere else and don't come here because of the cheap prices (Which is also going up all the time). DISGUSTING DISGUSTING DISGUSTING Review from Google
Mar 2018: The new ownership. I have lived in a few places, I can say this now after renting for about 6 months, they are on top of stuff (for the most part). I had an issue with roommate placement and the apartment manager was on top of relocating me due to the most crazy roommate I have ever dealt with. If you are a professional or student, it's conveniently located to the light rail for ASU students and my roommate and I are extending our lease (the newer one, not the first fiasco). I have lived in good and bad places, you won't get everything here (every place has it's positives and minuses and this place isn't that bad and for the price you cannot beat it), but, I am happy as a professional and they roomed me up with a good person, so her and I are going to stay on for another year together. Love the closeness to my work. Best price for the mone Review from Google
Dec 2017: New Management sucks, issues are never solved, lived here for a year no problems and now everything is a mess, I've never had to go to the office to complain so many times in my life. Never been one to rant or write reviews but i feel an obligation to let any applicant know this is definitely not worth your money anymore. Experience is terrible!!!!! Management is never everrrrr available! Unfortunately staff is useless Review from Google
Nov 2017: Spent the whole evening cleaning my place the day I moved in, because of how disgustingly gross it was. It took three months just get a screen for one of the windows that was missing one when I moved in. The same time for them to half way fix the horrible paint job they did in my place and I’m still waiting on a replacement for my broken patio door. Also, not only did these “individuals” replaced all of our mail boxes without giving any notice at all, but they’re making us go down to the office to get a new key for our new mailbox. The problem with this is, is that the office closes at six and I don’t get off of work until six. I also happen to be at work before the office opens in the morning. They actually told me to have a friend or family member come down to get my mailbox key..... the obvious problem with that is, is that my fri Review from Google
Nov 2017: It was nice living here fir a short time but when I saw a yellow scorpion near my apartment I decided to move out. Review from Google
Sep 2017: Management could not be bothered to clean a massive stain of the apartment before my move-in. When requested to do so upon move-in, they waited for 6 months before the next roommate moved in. The rooms themselves were not bad, but frequently gates would be stuck leaving pedestrians waiting for a car or walking to the other side of the complex to get out. During a management shift, they appear to have lost all documentation of security deposits and are withholding funds. The rooms themselves aren't luxuries and would probably be 3.5 stars, but management's ability to handle money was so poor that two is really the best possible to give. Review from Google

Aug 2017: I love this place the manager always take care of maintenance issues. She's so nice its the reason I came back to this place. #newdryer Review from Google
Jun 2017: They are raising their prices every year and they don't appreciate their old resident. It's difficult to reach to the management in person and they are asking resident to send an email and they are ignoring it. They keep promising to fix the devices in thy gym and they don't fix it Review from Google
Aug 2016: The people who work in the office are helpful if you need to pick up a package but if you have actual questions about your water bill, rent, lease or anything of importance, they are completely useless. Even if you ask a bunch of questions, they leave out important details and screw you over later. Be prepared to put up with an endless amount of crap if you live there. Review from Google
Aug 2016: I moved to Apache Station from Missouri and the staff has been nothing but accommodating. The apartment was clean and I have not had any issues. This is a great place to live. Review from Google
Jul 2016: Absolutely horrible. If I could give this place zero stars I would. I had originally gone through all of the leasing processes with them to be told I had secured an apartment and would receive an apartment number later that month. Only because I had emailed them did they return a call to let me know I had no apartment and was on a wait list. Good thing I checked. I am moving from Seattle so I needed a place to go to when I get to Phoenix. Although I scrambled at the last minute I'm glad I'm not giving a cent to this place or any affiliates. Review from Google
May 2016: Lack of communication with the maintenance crew. They left my girlfriend and her roommates for over a week without hot water. We called multiple times and they would never respond or call back to let us know if they were even coming to address the problem. During that week they said on the ticket that the problem was solved even though there wasn't even drop of warm water, let alone something that wasn't ice cold. Then one day they finally showed up and replaced the unit. I could go on and on about how they fail to fight for the residences' rights here, and how they just mistreat the good people, while letting others just pollute the area with constant car revving. Feb 2016: I live here for almost 2 years. I have to say that I am upset recently. One month ago, when I tried to use their online payment system to pay the rent. The email said they had received it but the truth was that I entered the incorrect last digit of my routing number. I had to pay 50 dollar+return check fee. At that time, I asked the assistant manager to renew my account information carefully. Recently, the online payment system used my former incorrect routing number. They said they didn't charge me 50 dollar and they just charged me return check fee. Is it ridiculous? Who should be responsible for the false? Review from 2/26/16 on Google
Feb 2016: The only annoying thing was organization in the office, constant staff turnover and it was difficult for us to receive our packages. Also the security is not so good. It looks gated but they only close the gate after 10 and they don't lock the walk up gate. Being right off the light rail, they need more security. My husbands work truck was broken into and his toolbox was stolen. But overall we liked living here, XXXX works in the office and she is a total sweetheart. very helpful and the maintenance guys were quick to respond and fix things. They also throw fun parties for the residents. Review from 2/3/16 on Google
