May 2015: I hate living here.
If you are a college student, and/or don't care about cars being stolen, drunk neighbors having parties till 4 am and yelling profanities, vandalism, burglary, homeless people sleeping around the property, or stoners hanging around. Then you might like it here. I am a very private person, so I like privacy. If you live on the first floor, don't expect ANY of that. People literally walk up to my windows and look inside all day. Apparently that's a normal thing to do around here.
My husband was bit by someone's dog, who then wouldn't claim responsibility. HOA is a crack up. They NEVER, not once, have ever returned or answered any of my calls. We've lived here 5 months, and have never found out which parking spot is ours.

Nick, Lori and Colleen worked hard to get our house sold and find us another one. This team really treats their clients like family.
