Hi! I’m going abroad for the summer, and want to rent out my room in my sunny and roomy townhouse! The townhouse and room are completely furnished, so you would only need to bring your personal items. The room has its own large bathroom and closet, and we have a washer and dryer. My room also has a desk, 📺 tv with Netflix, and a bookshelf for lots of entertainment! You would be living with 2 ❤️lovely young professional 👩 girls, as well as 3 sweet kitties and a small adorable terrier. We are right across the street from ASU, so you can 🚶 walk to work or school! We are also super close to the metro. Rent for June and July will be $ a month, which includes all utilities and internet.
