It’s a spacious + square foot unit; the bedroom has it&#;s own bathroom, tub, 🚶 walk-in closet, washer/dryer, and balcony facing Camelback Mountain. Rent is $1,/month and it&#;s located right outside of Old Town. Due to the short amount of ⌚time until move-in, we&#;re including utilities for free as well! We run a small business so we both spend a lot of ⌚time working, but we still go out when we can and Carter&#;s a really active community.
