Hi, I’m an ASU student looking for someome to take over my lease for the Spring semester. I live at Blvd in a 2x2 and the space is great! You will have your own bedroom and bathroom, and honestly the room size is pretty large compared to other student living apartments. It is furnished with a bed, desk, chair, and dresser.
My current rate has an $ concession on parking and utilities, so you would only be paying $ a month for everything included. It’s an amazing price for a 2x2! Lease runs through July of . Roommate is very friendly and social, and the space is kept nice and 🎇clean.
The complex has great ameneties, such as 2 🏊 pools, a rooftop cabana, and a large gym. Its about 2 miles from campus, but the there are 2 light rail stops that are both a 5 minute 🚶 walk.
