Mar 2019: My friend lives in Agave apartments, and I really like the place. The apartments are spacious, have all the required amenities, at a very good location, and most importantly from his experience, this are value for money that they pay. Mar 2019: Gilbert and Angel the guys from maintenance are great to work with. They are efficient and come in a timely manner. They work hard on the maintenance requests and are friendly to associate with.
Jan 2019: Amy at the office made me feel at home and that I had someone who was on my side and willing to help. Whenever I need help with anything the maintenance crew, Gilbert and Angel, are right there helping me out right away! My dog has made a lot of doggie friends here, and I have met so many new and super cool people here! Amy at the office is always so helpful and friendly! It’s an awesome community here! Jan 2019: So far my stay at Agave has been very nice. Management here is incredible in its own way, but compared to my last leasing place they're angels. The transition went well and whenever I need help, usually Amy is quick in giving me a hand. She's the one that's always on call, and has gotten me out of trouble more than once. Jan 2019: Amy in the office is always there to lend a helping hand. No matter what the issue she can always help. Even if she doesn’t know the answer to something she will use her diligence to find out and get back to you in a timely manner. My first day there I had sewage leaking from my kitchen faucet. Literally leaking everywhere, I called the "24 hour emergency service" and was told that that wasn't an emergency by the current Maintenance manager.
The entirety of property is disgusting, for a year we dealt with roaches, mold, we had a maintenance guy CLIMB OVER my 8 ft privacy wall to my patio and was looking into our bedroom while my girlfriend was sleeping, to having someone trying to break into the house at 3 a.m.
Out of my year living here the heater in the dead of winter went out half a dozen times for 6 days or more.
During the summer the a/c went out for almost 2 weeks.
They then replaced it and parked this GIANT noisy 50 ft trailer in front of my car one morning with a temporary ac unit and it kept me up Review from GoogleOct 2018: I stayed for a short week with my relative and while I was there, I had the pleasure to meet the maintenance supervisor Angel! Oct 2018: The new faces here are always happy and willing to help. even though they have changed staff in the office a few times, the maintenance supervisor Angel is by far the best maintenance guy this place has had. the other maint guy is super cool too, they both are awesome and are always positive and bring great energy to this place. Couldn't get anyone from the office to return calls and couldn't get anyone to fix the unit. The entire apartment is old and cheap. Hey but the toilet worked. The faucets all leaked, and the A/C unit poured water out because it was plumbed improperly, per the repair guy that finally came.
The kitchen and bathroom cabinets are old and cheap and literally disintegrating. Not all the burners on the stove worked. Had locked bikes stolen from center area where bikes are supposed to be kept. Saw thieves trying to open locked cars in the parking lot. no security about. You have to pay extra monthly for landscaping, but not for your apartment because there is no landscaping, only filthy concrete walkways. Management doesn't care about you once you've signed the 40 page leas Review from GoogleMar 2018: Well after 4.5 years of living in these apartments, my husband and I finally bought a house. We let the manager know a few months in advance and paid our early lease termination fee. We cleaned the apartment and turned the keys in on 2/27. When I requested a walk-though, Yami at the front desk informed me that no one was available at that time to do a walk-through but we could make an appointment to do one on Friday (3/2). I told her that was fine but to please mark on my key return form that we had turned them in on the 27th and no longer had access to the apartment and reluctantly, she wrote the date on my copy. We did the walk through with the manager. He said we did a great job cleaning and that everything looked good. Air conditioning maintainance goes without any prior warnings and you will be completely on your own on a hot summer night.
Their washing recharge card recharges for 30$ max and the recharge machine goes out of order for weeks.

I will never suggest this place to anyone.Apr 2017: If you have to pick between living here of living on the streets pick the streets. Roaches constantly are in the apartment, we had mold on our ceiling tiles that they tried to take away before we would realize it after our AC overflowed and flooded the apartment. Maintenance is absolutely useless they will take months to do anything for you. The AC has broken six times. It is on a heater during winter and AC during summer cycle and they refuse to turn it onto AC even though we have had multiple 90+ degree days so far.
