Sep 2019: Not bad for an apartment, but the complex will charge you for everything and not inform you of upcoming charges. For example when I moved in I was not instructed to set up my electricity through APS and when it came to the end of the month. They also charge $20 for every online payment that is not through direct deposit. The place itself is nice but don't be surprised when they try to charge you for every little thing. Edit: They also get back to bad Google map reviews faster then they do emails trying to get in contact with them Review from Google
Apr 2019: Super nice and helpful staff and friendly maintenance workers. Only a short convenient 10-15 min walk to campus, clean gym, sand volleyball court and nice pool. Any issues we've had in the apartment, maintenance has been quick to fix them. would recommend to any ASU students looking for an apartment close to campus. Review from Google
Apr 2019: A great place to live for students with just a short walk to campus. The pool is great here along with a nice sand volleyball court. Maintanence does a good job with things they can fix and the leasing staff is amazing, always willing to help! definitely recommend. Review from Google
Apr 2019: This is my third year renewing my lease at 922 Place. The elevators, lobby and hallways are always kept clean. Maintenance is always quick to solve any issues and never fail to greet you with a smile/conversation. The entire staff is friendly, helpful and makes 922 feel like a safe, welcoming home. Waffle Wednesdays and holiday lobby treats add to the welcoming environment of 922. Placing a special request for vegan options. Also, shout out to DANIELLE for being the goat. Review from Google
Apr 2019: I moved into this place pretty late and the staff was able to find me an accommodation with decent enough roommates and a good apartment considering I walked in to sign a lease in the beginning of April. The prices here are very competitive with those around them. 922 doesn’t have the flashiest amenities, but what they do have gets used and is well maintained. The building is VERY clean compared to when I lived at the rise last year. The pool is a great place to relax, I just wish they had possible more room to accommodate a few lore study rooms, but other than that I have had little to no issues. Review from Google
Mar 2019: Really close to campus. They accommodated an early move in for me and roommate matching worked out well! The office staff is attentive, my roommates and I already renewed our leases for next year. Review from Google
Jan 2019: Great staff friendly and will try to help you In any little way they can but I was assured parking but after signing the lease they had no open spots Review from Google
Aug 2018: Although I stayed at 922 place for only a couple of months, I had a poor experience overall. I moved in from another state and they were helpful with doing things via email but that's about it. My experience only got worse after that. They have a system for their guest parking where you have to get a pass online. For some reason, my information wasn't in the system and I was unable to get a pass. When I mentioned this to the lease office, they said that I would be fine and my car wouldn't be towed. Next thing I know, my car gets towed! Although the towing company did not charge me since it wasn't my fault, I had to go through the trouble of retrieving my car. Also, I had one of the worst roommates. He constantly used to have people over, played loud music and made the entire living room dirty by spilling drinks all over the place. He didn' Review from Google

Aug 2018: An amazing apartment complex for the price. Management is super helpful from front office staff like Danielle to back office staff like Amy. They let you know what needs to be done, and give you enough time to pay or take care of certain situations. Our dishwasher broke on a Friday maintenance had a new one installed the following Monday. Just let them know what’s going on and they will help you. As a final note, don’t listen to the negative comments... they are probably fake. Review from Google
May 2018: I was just inquiring about this place and I agree with the past 2 reviews. Very unprofessional and flaky people to deal with Review from Google
May 2018: don't let the fake reviews fool you. Look at all the reviews going back a year and the truth will come out. They paid off people for the last year in order to gain business. Very shady business Review from Google
Jan 2018: Really nice I have already signed a lease to live here again next year. Would be nice if they had more parking but it's not too big of a deal Review from Google
Jan 2018: 922 is right across the street from ASU's campus, making it extremely convenient and safe to travel back and forth. The bedrooms are a comfortable size, the countertops are marble, the apartments are spacious, and the atmosphere of the entire building makes it feel more like a home than an apartment. The staff is super friendly/responsive and maintenance has always showed up within 24 hours of me submitting a request, which hasn't been the case in any other apartment I've lived in. 922 also offers parking and has its own fully-equipped gym, pool, and study rooms w/ printers. I fully recommend 922 to anyone attending ASU; I wouldn't want to live anywhere else. Review from Google
Jan 2018: Great location! Walking distance to ASU is a prime benefit. Living here is great, and the views are amazing if you live high enough like I do. The only thing I’d change is parking. It’s way too small & not enough parking spots for visitors. Other than that, it’s great! Review from Google
Jan 2018: Great place to live with a perfect location. Staff is awesome and is extremely responsive. Would highly recommend Review from Google
Jan 2018: Fun place to live, would be a hard sell if taco bell wasn't 50 feet away. Guards are nice (except when shutting down parties). Review from Google
Aug 2017: Amazing place. Great staff, and super laid back. I cannot stress how much better this place is than our neighbor, The Rise. We have spacious balconies, big open rooms, and great working AC. I have friends who moved to Rise for it's first year and are super disappointed and dissatisfied with management. Review from Google
May 2017: 922 Place has been nothing but a pleasant experience for myself and my roommates. The location is perfect, the entire staff is wonderful, and the other residents who live here are just flat out awesome. If there's ever a problem with our room, the maintenance team is always there to fix it in a swift and professional manner. I would definitely recommend living at 922 to anyone. Review from 5/23/17 on Google
May 2017: 922 is a great place to live next to ASU if you're looking for a great college experience. The pool is fantastic and always has people hanging out on the weekends. The living rooms are spacious, and my 3 roommates and I have been able to make our room truly our own. When we report broken things in our apartment, maintenance is usually there to fix it in a few days. Review from 5/15/17 on Google
May 2017: Lived here since Aug/16: Unless you love the entire hallway to smell like pot, parties all around during finals week (and any other time of the week, especially weekends), homeless right in front of your door, 9 guest parking spaces that are always taken, cheap interior that looks terrible since it hasn't been updated in years, worse WiFi than I've ever experienced, horrible echo and loud noise from the (now shared) area from Rise, and a management team that doesn't care to fix any of it you found the right place! If you need an air filter, light bulb, new brackets on the dishwasher door then they'll help you. Review from 5/6/17 on Google
Feb 2017: Before you live here, you should know that this place is nice living situation but the front office is AWFUL. They choose favorites and if you are not a favorite, expect to never get any service at all. Majority of the people who work at the front are very condescending. They do not get anything done. They act nice to your face but you hear the students who work at the front but also the managers talking badly about certain residents and problems that should be classified with the apartment and not shared to anyone. Review from 2/20/17 on Google
Aug 2016: Terrible, certainly is the worst place to live near the ASU , and the staff is the worst, they don't matter about problems in the units ou problems in the building and they use to cause a lot of problems like " we sent an email" and they never sent.. seems like a good place but is not. Review from 8/5/16 on Apartment Ratings
Mar 2016: The staff are pathetic rednecks who let drug dealers and junkies live there. This place is absolutely not worth the money. Take this place and shove it up Taylor's ass if she still works there. It's big enough to take anything. Review from 3/28/16 on Google
Mar 2016: Stay far AWAY from this place!!!! The wifi is atrocious! You can complain to them about the wifi and then they will tell you to call the internet provider which will also be clueless. I wish I could rate this place without any stars. The "bookkeeper", AMY is very unprofessional and lies about almost anything to get you to sign the dotted lines, or out of her face. She's absolutely the most pathetic bookkeeper I've ever came across, and she has nothing better to with her life, but scam college students. You will have better results down the street at blvd 1900 or else where. DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE! You will regret it! The worse place I've ever stayed. Review from 3/4/16 on Google
Aug 2015: Literally the worst place to live! Gave me 2 roommates that were completely opposite of me and my other roommate. When we moved in the apartment was disgusting! Their cleaning company didnt even show up so nothing was cleaned and it looked like the people just moved out the day prior! And now they are trying to charge me for something that my dumb ass roommates did! Their management company sucks ass and when ever you go in their office they could not give two shits about you! They will just try and take all your money and not even improve their service. I would avoid 922 if I were you. Review from 8/2/15 on Google
