On The Station on Washington’s website, this unit is under the name of “The Two 1.†Apartment . Base cost is $/mo., but I am happy to reduce the cost to match other offers of similar quality.
The 🏆best part about this apartment is its wonderful location. The Station is closer than the majority of on-campus student housing. It is also less than a block from the closest Metro Green Line station (East Bank) and only, roughly, a block and a half away from the University Recreation and Wellness Center. Thus, everything on the UMNs main campus (i.e. not the St. Paul Campus, which is accessible via the free student 🚌 bus system) is able to be 🚶 walked to and, for destinations further away, the East Bank station is within your immediate vicinity.
The kitchen is fully-furnished with granite countertops and features a large ⛄ refrigerator, an 💡electric stove, an oven, a ☢ microwave, plenty of cabinetry, and a dishwasher. There is also a breakfast bar in-between the kitchen and living room. The living room features a couch, a ❤️loveseat, a chair, coffee-table, side-table, a 📺 tv, a cable box with a cable subscription, and a 📺 tv stand/media console. Adjacent to the kitchen is a spacious closet containing a large washer and dryer.
In your private bedroom, there is a desk, a full-size, extra long bed, large storage drawers under🎇neath, a table, a cable box, plenty of outlets, a LAN cable port, and a large closet. Your private bathroom is very large and features the usual shower, sink, and toilet along with some extra cabinet space, a large-tile floor, and a granite sink-top.
Some of the finer details:
The other person that may or may not be living there (he intends to live in the apartment for part of the summer, but not the entirety) is a kind, quiet graduate student that happens to be a vegetarian. I will make sure to be out of the room by noon on May th and do not intend to return until around the final week of August.
I will pay for the month of May, so you can pay for the months of June, July, and August. There is a standard $ application fee for the processing of your request to live in the apartment. Utilities: 🌊 water, sewage, trash, recycling, and cable are all free, but 💡electricity and ⛽gas are not. During the summer, ⛽gas will not be used, so the cost of utilities will be low.
Discrimination is not nice and not lawful. Preferences can be made if you are sharing the same living space, but make sure you check the laws to see what applies to you.
